Hot Springs friends: April 18,
2001
My
husband and I purchased our spa at Coastal Hot Spring Spas 2 1/2
years ago. We had done all the preliminery shopping required beforehand
using the Consumers' Report and had visited several showrooms. Finally
we settled on a spa, though our first choice had been a Hot Spring
Spa we were dismayed that the Hot Spring Spa was out of our price
range.
Then returning home from a job interview in Anaheim, I drove past
Coastal Hot Spring Spas and decided to drop in and just look longingly
once more before I settled for second best. I spoke with Larry (Bills
father now retired) and told him we had a spa "on order"
and that although we would love to purchase "the best"
a Hot Spring Spa simply wasn't in our budget. Nonsense, he said
and he worked out a great deal for us and we signed on the dotted
line that afternoon, we are now the proud owners of a Hot Spring
Spa.
We have 2 children ages 2 1/2 and 4 1/2 years of age and their greatest
time of enjoyment is our night time jacuzzi. They enjoy looking
at the stars and they are becoming great swimmers and they sleep
well after their night time workout.
Thank you Coastal Hot Spring Spas for the opportunity of owning
the best! We are thoroughly satisfied, happy customers. It's the
best money we have ever spent, a
lifetime investment.

Dear Hot Spring Spas
When we first moved in our
new home, we had a plan to someday have a nice patio with a spa.
Well, for years that was all talk. We saw a picture of a Hot Spring
Spa in a magazine and read the many features. When we found out
there was a local dealer near us we decided to go look at the spas
for ourselves. Well needless to say, they explained to us all about
spas and the superior quality of a Hot Spring Spa. So we decided
to purchase the Sovereign model. It looks great on the patio next
to our pond. Our family and many other friends have had many nice
evenings in our spa. We use it regularly and really like the ozone
system verses the chlorine. We are happy customers.

Gill, Kati and Jackie.

We bought our spa from Betty at Coastal Hot
Spring Spas. We were going to buy a Cal spa but our neighbor Doug,
showed us his Hot Spring Spa and told us to go visit Betty. Doug's
spa was what we wanted, the care and maintenance seemed so easy
compared to the others we had looked at. We are previous owners
of one built-in spa and one above ground spa, which took a lot of
time to maintain.
Well we did go see Betty and bought our new spa that day. We loved
the way Betty did not pressure us. We chose the Sovereign in blue,
bought extra chemicals and set up a delivery date for the third
week of July.
Well the spa came and fits beautifully in our tropical lanscape,
we love the way it looked, now to test it, it felt great! We made
the right choice! Our Hot Spring Spa gets used every day. Our favorite
time to use the spa is early Saturday morning, nothing better than
a hot spa and a cup of coffee to get you going, it's so relaxing!
Hot Spring Spas are so user
friendly. We love not having to use chlorine. the water feels like
soft water, just like the name says, Hot Springs. When we get out
of the spa and dry off we don't get that dry feeling skin.
Coastal has the best warrantee,
and the service is great. We did purchase the maintenance contract
and are very happy with that service, it is so nice to enjoy an
almost maintenance-free spa, thanks to Coastal Hot Spring Spas!

Dear Coastal Hot Spring Spas
We
bought our first Hot Spring Spa on the advice
of our parents who are happy owners themselves. That was back in
January 1993, and are happy to report that we have spent many hours
of quality soaking since then with our two daughters. Getting into
the spa at night and talking for hours was not an unusual occurrence
at our house.
In October of 1999, we were
able to trade in our Classic model for a new Sovereign. At that
tome, we purchased a cover lifter and steps. What a nice treat!
Now, Dad doesn't have to be the one to put the spa cover back on!
Six months later we moved
to a house that had a pool and an in-ground spa, too. Naturally,
we took our Hot Spring Spa with us. Nothing compares to a Hot Spring
Spa--always ready to use when you are! Our friends tease us, saying
we are extravagant with our double spa situation, but we view it
as a necessity and are happy just the same!

Two
men Don Owens and Randall Rio, Delivered my new Caldera "Cascade"
spa recently. It is now a pleasure for me to take a few moments
of my time to let you know just how pleased I was with their service.
They were knowledgeable, helpful, interested and real gentlemen.
They were able to answer all of my questions and they did not leave
until they were sure
I was totally satisfied.
It is apparent to me that customer service is important
to your organization and I thank you for theirs. I also would like
to thank Betty Hildebrand for her sales knowledge and assistance,
Purchasing a new spa can be a scary endeavor, since there are so
many brands available. Now that I have used our new spa, I can truly
say that Betty helped steer us in the right direction for our desires
and needs. What a great way to end a stressful day at work!

Dear Coastal Hot Spring
Spas,
Have we told you how happy
we are since we sold our old 1968 Porsche Coupe and bought a new
Jetsetter convertible. We've saved a bundle on gas and now look
toward the twice a day ride. The inefficient carbon engine has been
replaced with a high-powered clean electric motor. Seating capacity
increased by 50% and those famous Recaio seats aren't nearly as
comfortable as our Super Sevens! We used to putt-putt, now we percolate!
